GRUBBER X BAESIANZ present ROOTS ๐ŸŒฟ Bringing together the work and voices of Asian artists and communities, ๐‘น๐‘ถ๐‘ถ๐‘ป๐‘บ explores nature, its healing qualities and the decolonisation of horticulture.

A collective workshop by Savannah Sinhal and Sophie Huilin Walker exploring our unique mind-body constitutions through the elemental frameworks of traditional medicine. Learn how to work with seasonal rhythms and tonic herbs to cultivate individual and holistic health.

YOGA: FUJI FLOW W/ KAEDE FUJIMOTO

A space to explore intuitive movement, breath and embodiment practices. Holding a space of radical compassion for one another to ground, nurture and heal. Fuji Yoga explores movement and pranayama breath work with meditative and philosophical elements for all.
